About

I’m a Growth Facilitator with AusIndustry’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme. I work across South Eastern NSW and the ACT with a small cohort of medium-sized businesses in a range of industries spanning wine making to saw milling.

My passion for business is founded on 30 years of private sector operational experience. I began my career as a chef, working in Australia, Europe and on board the QEII luxury cruise liner. After completing tertiary studies in Switzerland, I returned to Australia and transitioned to executive management roles, working with multinational food and management providers Sodexho and Compass Group. Sites under my management included RAAF Base Fairbairn and the AFP College, Barton.

Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, I left the corporate world and, together with my wife Evelyn, built and operated the award-winning Country Guesthouse Schonegg for 12 years before its sale in early 2015. I’m also an experienced business coach and consultant.

I regard business as both an art and a science. I support business owners with personal development and leadership skills and assists them clarify their ‘big picture’ vision and goals. I support this ‘people-first’ approach with a strong systems focus and an extensive repertoire of tools, case studies and solutions.
